Our goal is to have items shipped out within 1-2 weeks, personalized items may take longer.

**I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Once the package is in USPS hands, you should be able to contact them directly regarding any shipping issues. Therefore there are no refunds for lost packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable, no exclusions
